I built my skills the hard way-inside courtrooms, under pressure, making mistakes, growing, and eventually mastering the craft.
Over two decades of courtroom work, I witnessed something troubling: a massive gap between what interpreters are tested on and what they're actually trained to do, especially when it comes to certification exams.
